Thank You!Thank You Volunteers!

Message from our School Nurse, Ms. Harrie:

Thank you to all of the wonderful volunteers that helped with the health screening. You ALL were WONDERFUL and made the day go so well. Many of the teachers told me afterwards that this year was the best health screening...I attribute that to all of you! You were all very willing to jump right in and help where ever needed! Thank you so much!! JLMS is lucky to have such a supportive and wonderful PTA! Thank you!!

Red RibbonCongratulations Eagles Team!

Cookies!During Red Ribbon Week, the PTSA had a challenge to all students and parents to take the Red Ribbon Pledge and turn in their signed pledges. The 6th grade Eagles team had the most participation and won a cookie party!

Student Membership WinnerCongratulations to our Student Membership Winner!

The PTSA drew a name from our student PTSA members and Sydney, a 7th grader from the Trailblazer team, was the lucky winner of an Xtreme Adventure Family pack valued at $50! Congratulations Sydney!

$250 Grant given to the Trailblazer Teachers!

Trailblazers win the teacher challenge! The PTSA had a challenge to the teachers -- The team with 100% PTSA membership would be entered into a drawing for a $250 grant that could be used in their classrooms as needed. We are happy to announce the winning team of the $250 teacher grant went to the Trailblazers!

Drop Off & Pick Up Carpools

CarpoolThe PTSA encourages parents to carpool when it comes to dropping off and picking up their children. We have heard your concerns about the traffic issues and are brainstorming possible solutions. In the meantime, organizing carpools would reduce the amount of cars trying to get in and out of the school! It has also been reported that if you pick up your child after 3:10, it is much less congested. Thank you for your cooperation!
